I would never purchase another home nor reccommend this company.
As suspected, once the deposit was given the care factor suddenly dropped off.
Can never get an answer to any question, eg. Asked for the manuals for the appliances belonging to the showhome we purchased in the Fort... Sales rep that we had been dealing with showed his true colors and replied " not my problem"
That sums up the entire process

Very evasive, defensive... Non approachable
All about quantity sales not pride of product or

Update, since this review Pacesetter has gone above and beyond for us. The site super did a fantastic job of turning this into something special. The sales part was horrible, but the team after that made us confident in our our purchase...well done Andy, Courtney and Pacesetter management!!
