Valentin and his company are the absolute best. You would be hard pressed to find better. Honest, reliable, caring, super knowledgeable, kind, courteous, I could go on, but I'll stop there. Val knew that we had to get flame-resistant pipes, as this is an old heritage building/loft and the regular ABS pipes wouldn't be allowed. He EVEN suggested a brushed finish would look better than the shiny chrome we had in there before to match everything else in the kitchen and he was right, it looked way better. That kind of thought and care is what sets him apart from everyone else. He was on-time, fast and explained everything very thoroughly to me. Our tenants were also having an issue with their water temp of their shower. He was able to quickly adjust it and did so as a complimentary service. We have used Valentin a couple of times in our home and our rental condo. Of ALL the trades people we had come through, he is my absolute favourite. He is truly a gem of a human.

This company (of whom we dealt with Valentin) is OUTSTANDING in every single aspect. I was so impressed with the level of service, communication and knowledge. Valentin replied to my messages immediately (texting him is the best way form of communication) He was able to come right away and provide a quote. If he was running a little late, he communicated in advance and gave us a window which he made every time. He was clear and knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. The job was done efficiently and well. He was in and out in no time. It works perfect again. And the icing on the cake --- He is seriously one the the loveliest people I've met. There are some other highly rated companies on homestars that I'm so glad I didn't follow through with. This company is honestly the best!

Had a really great experience with The Mold Guy. We moved into an 1880 Victorian that had been recently restored and renovated, however there was still a musty smell from some of the vents and downstairs bathroom. We wanted the peace of mind of knowing that our 11 month old daughter wasn't breathing in anything hazardous to her little lungs. They didn't try to up-sell me on a separate mold inspection which some of the other companies I called around did. There were prompt and professional. Obvious pros in the biz. We had results and peace of mind within 72hrs of placing the call. Outstanding service!

I highly recommend Len from Tempasure. Our furnace stopped working the other day just as the temp dropped to -1. We needed someone ASAP to come in and fix our furnace. After looking on Homestars, we followed the advice of many and called Tempasure. Len answered right away, was at our home within a matter of hours and had our furnace back and up running in no time! I was really impressed with his level of knowledge and problem solving strategy. He also happens to be a really nice guy. I forgot to ask him about our humidifier, while he was here fixing our furnace, and he kindly offered to FaceTime and walk me through the how to adjust it! Now that is service! And for the icing on the cake -- his rates are very fair. Most impressed.
