I ordered a Samsung dryer (DVE45T6005W) on August 18, 2020 off their website's online chat with sales agent. Agent called me to complete the ordering process. I received a discount at the time... Yay! (NOTE: Delivery Service provides the available delivery dates and time periods. Sales agent could only provide an estimate.) I was able to add service to remove old dryer with sales agent two days later with no issues. Delivery service contacted me and advised available dates and time periods for delivery. Received email notification day before scheduled delivery as a reminder. Dryer was delivered within time period specified. Movers took away the old dryer. Very satisfied with service. (I am a repeat customer... have purchased other appliances from them before.) I have not had chance to try out the dryer yet as of this review.

Contractor was replacing eavestrough at neighbours house across the street in late summer of 2018. I asked him to take a look at our house's roof and eavestrough. After inspecting it he said that roof shingles are good for few more years and did not need replacing yet. However, the flat roof on the extension in back of house could be replaced. He provided two options for me. After some thought I chose one of the options. His workers did an excellent job as I watched them work. With the old flat roof we had to go up and shovel the snow every winter to prevent water leaking down into the side of house. This past winter we did not have to go up on the flat roof to shovel the snow at all. Yay! Contractor gave a 10 yr transferable warranty on all materials and labour for the new flat roof. We are very happy with the new flat roof. While working on our roof our next door neighbour hired Perry to fix an issue with their roof as well. I will for sure be contacting Perry when the time comes to replace the shingles and eavestrough on the main part of house in future.

Highly recommended. I would definitely call them again if chimney needs servicing in future. The chimney cap had come off (probably by squirrels) and was hanging off chimney by a wire. I had called a number of contractors but none returned my call to come by and assess the situation. I then emailed A-1 Quality Chimney and they returned my email request with a phone call to me to discuss situation. They followed up by coming out to assess situation and provide a quote. I agreed to their quote to replace the chimney liner and repair the chimney cap. They subsequently called to arrange for the repairs but unfortunately no one could be home on the date and time specified. I agreed to leave the keys to the house so they could hook up the furnace and hot water tank to the new chimney liner. I was pleased to find the furnace room was clean after the repairs when I got home that night. We agreed to make arrangements for payment of the repairs. They were able to squeeze in my chimney repairs despite a heavy backlog of other chimney repairs. Overall I was very satisfied with their service.
