Poor service from Metro snow and ice in Ottawa- issue addressed by owner
I had a problem with the initial service from this company. After making my views known the owner was very quick to contact me to explain how he has implemented changes that will restore service back to his level. I can accept this. As of Dec 29 I have been receiving very good service. I like the message service that provides updates on when clearing is to start.

I'm sorry you had some issues Gordon. I will look in to the situation.immediately. If you signed up late during a storm you may not have marker stakes up.
If you email the office attention myself I will call you to remedy this or refund your funds.
