Dave and his team have been excellent. They were on time, professional and took the time to explain things. All this for the best quote as well. When the manufacturer supplied cables failed on the door Dave went to bat for us with the manufacturer, making sure that the customer was number one. I don't think I've ever dealt with a home service company where I could reach someone by phone almost immediately every time I call. Dave returned my call Friday night to make sure everything was ok after I left a message regarding the cables. I hadn't considered all of the options in garage doors before talking to DGH.
