Was a nightmare in every aspect. Don't involve yourself with this company at all. Hello. I became am Enercare customer in 2016 and it has been one of the worst decisions in my life. I paid for a new boiler, the installers were rude, there were technical mistakes made, it even took me 7 months to get the right thermostat. I had to wait home several times as some of your techs did not know how to fix the issue. I have cancelled a previous maintenance program for my AC/ Heating and I told i would be billed for it. After spending nearly 2-3 hours on the phone, trying to rectify this issue, I received a call today saying it was time for me maintain my AC. WTF? The reason i cancelled my AC plan was I was told I could only have mainatonce at the end of the summer for my AC, who would want it at the of the summer. i want my maintenance at the beginning of the summer to ensure i have have best service in the summer months. At any case, i have cancelled my service, i should not be reciving phone calls for it? As per heating mintaince I have a plan that i got when i purchased the new boiler. Everytime i need to call your customer service, they insist that I have a furnace and not a boiler. WTF? My hot water heater stopped working several times, your service techs blamed it on my electricity we had it tested and it was not the issue. The issue has been resolved but I need to stay home and on the phone for a collective of 20+ hours to get this waterheater working. All in all I have spent close to 100 hours waiting and on the phone trying to organize the chaos within your corporation within the last year. I need a SENIOR MEMEMBER OF YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM to look at the whole picture and help me. Because it is one issue after the other. Please ask someone to call me. A senior person please. Please also send this to your Senior manager at your head office. Thank you!!
