KNT replaced the knob and tube wiring in a century old home we were moving into. The work took about a week. Both Tim and the onsite manager Danny were extremely responsive and the communication with them was excellent from start to finish. Danny and crew onsite arrived on time each day and were very pleasant to deal with. Danny provided updates regularly and was very accommodating. He was patient with all of my questions and offered good suggestions. Costing was transparent and adjustment were clearly explained. We were very satisfied with the end result and quality of work. All-in-all it was a first-rate experience with KNT and we'll be using them again for future electrical needs.

Kevin is fantastic! We were looking for someone to walk us through the new century-old home we recently purchased to help us identify and prioritize areas in need of attention. Kevin did that and then some - spending over 3 hours with us assessing just about every element of the house and answering our many, many questions. He is very easy to talk to, patient, friendly; a great guy all around - not to mention extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I called Dial One in need of some duct cleaning following some renovations. Spoke to Joe on the phone who was very responsive and friendly. Tyler and Rob, who came by to do the cleaning, were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. My place (factory loft) presented some challenges in terms of access but they were able to work around that no problem. The guys answered all my questions and showed me the debris they were getting out. All around great team and great service. Really happy with the result.
