When our hot water tank suddenly leaked, the plumber sent from Hillcrest came within short notice. He provided knowledgeable information on all the things you need to know to choose an energy. He was able to answer most questions we had. And did a good job in replacing our old water tank. It had been 6 years since and we are still satisfied with the work. We continue to use Hillcrest for regular maintenance/repair of our water tank and boiler. The only thing I have to add is, sometimes, depending on who they send, you may not always get as good a service person as you hope for. It will be nice if you can specify which plumber you prefer.
