After 20 years we chose to downsize. We got Viktoria's name from a neighbour who had just moved in and gave a very high review to the team involved. Our move was done over two days as there were different destinations involved and we wanted to keep the stress to a minimum. Our daughter had some of her stuff put in Viktoria's storage facilities. Overall it was an excellent experience, the team were efficient, hard working and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We would recommend the company without reservation. Peter B

The project: I used 2 determinants to chose 3 quotes, highest ratings and size of firm. I chose the Perfect Painters & the HIG ('HIG') based on combination of price, ability to do more than paint and immediate availability. While most of the work was drywall fixes & painting, I also needed some plumbing, electrical and a few handyman skills. HIG could do all of it. The HIG representative, Patrick B, had a contracting background which was ideal as it turned out. In order to start immediately Patrick outsourced some of the work with my blessing, I was ok with that given the rush as I was told I was dealing with HIP. It was a very big job. There were issues with some of the 3rd party suppliers (in one case messy, another was disorganized). Patrick B hovered over the job and provided immediate solutions to make sure things stayed on track. Because of the size of the job and my need to get it done in a week from tendering the business I looked past some of the issues to apply the high rating. I would use Patrick B if I had another need.
