I highly recommend Mr Heat Mechanical services. I called Mr Heat Mechanical based on a recommendation from a friend after my 5 year old Lennox furnace broken down. Nima answered the call promptly, quickly verified that my furnace was still under warranty (over the phone) and arrived exactly within the window that was promised. This was already more than what the other 10 contractors I called were willing to do. Some places offered seemingly random solutions or offered a fee of $150+ just to diagnose the problem when they arrive which does not include parts or labour. Within minutes of arrival the furnace issue was identified. NIma returned within hours (as promised) with the replacement parts to complete the repairs. In my opinion, Nima went above and beyond what I would expect from a repair service. He offered to diagnose my gas fireplace issue so that I could use it during the outage (-20C outside). He also tuned up my furnace, once it was running again, to increase the output by another 10%. Throughout the entire process, Nima's kept me informed which I appreciated. Summary: on-time arrivals, outstanding service, reasonable prices, honest and professional. This company would be hard to beat.

Steve and his crew arrived as scheduled. They replaced the broken cable promptly, tested everything and provided excellent advice for maintenance. They also never tried to push any products we didn't need. Very good!

We hired Sears Maid Services to clean our bathrooms, kitchen and general condo area before we listed it for sale. Unfortunately, the ladies who came only quickly surface cleaned what was obviously visible. When we pointed out that the tub wasn't actually clean, they glared at us and "tried" very lightly again. They finished in under an hour, which was quite short for their price. I noticed that they used the kitchen sink to clean up their tools, but never cleaned up afterward. I also noted that they never cleaned the microwave inside or out. In fact, I could still move all the crumbs using my fingers. One of the ladies mentioned that it wasn't her job and walked out of the condo. The other lady at least tried to clean it. After a while we simply surrendered and vowed never to use their services again.

A friend recommended this company to me. A young gentleman who first came was actually very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew that the shelfing unit about the garage was going to be a problem, yet tried to install the horizontal bar anyway. He never charged any money for coming out since we were purchasing the garage door openers at the same time. However, we did have to put down a deposit for them. Once we got the shelfing unit removed, we called Pro-Masters again to have them install it. Unfortunately, the 2nd guy tried to overcharge us for everything. We actually had to call the HQ to verify the REAL price. We then asked HQ to call him to tell him what he SHOULD be charging us. He didn't like being told this and mentioned several times that he was in the industry for over 20 years. I might have believed it if I didn't notice later that he install the opener remotes (for the walls) backwards.
