Installation was on time but 1 window was broken and 1 screen door had a latch problem. new window was order but took a long time coming and the new installers were poor. the screen door was eventually adjusted by the manufacturer under warranty.

very pleased with ECOLINE, Put 25% down and had mid-winter installation completed in February. Good team and expert installation. My basement windows did not fit right. ECOLINE reordered and install the correct windows in a rush. We did not have to pay the balance until all was right.
