Work was excellent and efficiently done. All students were very courteous and friendly. The were 1hr late from initial contact time but within the 2 hr window. However, it would have been nice to receive a call saying that they would be coming in approx. 40 min. Customers would be looking for people to arrive around the initial start of the contact time. Note to Managers: 1) not all municipalities have weekly garbage removal and some won't take anything in green or black plastic bags. So garbage removal needs to be taken into account. 2) during this pandemic, some people are picky about the use of their washrooms especially homes that have older seniors in their care. That means not all homes will allow workers to use their bathrooms. That is a real concern since Coffeehouses have just opened and some do not allow washroom use. You might have your team managers think of that situation for their workers. Also some people are just very anxious and very scared about this virus. Your workers need to know where washrooms are available if that situation arises.

My house was growing smaller! I had decluttered my house 3 yr before with a person I hired while she was waiting for her family to come to Canada. She was very efficient but 5 yr later my parents had passed and I had incorporated part of their home and of course all estate files. The office you could not walk into. There was at least 3 inches of paper on the floor, The guest room was full of clothes from a renovation that was done. Clutter B Gone came and did an assessment of the 3 bedrooms and the basement crawl space. The assessment was for 3 days to complete the 3 bedrooms and the crawlspace. In those 3 days the girls worked in teems of 2s and systematically gathered things so I could go through them and designate as Keep, Recycle, Garbage. Clothes got cleared and rebooted and clothes closet was great. They work on the Marie Kondo theory of decluttering. It works. On the third day it was obvious that 3 days was not enough time. I bought another 3 days to try and finish the job. Again we tackled the office area and got it cleared out. But I was not happy with the filing system. I was not prepared to have my files totally reorganized and the estate files incorporated with my own files. There was nothing wrong with my filing system! That and the crawl space were the only issues I had problems accepting. I did not like the reorganization of the crawl space. It was already organized in a good way and I knew where everything was. It is 3 yr later and I still can't find certain large entertaining trays. This was an area that I should have had more consultation and involved with the planning. Despite my concerns about the crawl space and filing system, the girls work at a very professional level. They are friendly, very hard working in a well organized team, and are very efficient. I hope the girls are able to weather this pandemic. If you are needing to declutter a house or at least 3 very cluttered rooms that need to be cleared for whatever reason, hire Clutter B Gone you will be very happy you did.

I do note however we were not able to do much work other than tweak your crawl space to make room for the new items to be stored down there. In the time you mentioned (6 days) we were able to completely declutter and set-up your guest room, master bedroom, your office/TV room and basement room with the opportunity of tweaking and making room in the crawl space to add items. I apologize if there was any miscommunication between us during your project. At the end of your project with our team it was my understanding you shared you were enjoying your rooms again esp. the office/TV room advising it was very nice to be able to sit and work with no papers around. I started with this company when it was 2 yr old. Now 26 yr later I have sadly left this company. Service was always good and they are very careful and use Fiesta product. Excellent customer service especially in the early years until they expanded and left their Thornhill offices for Concord. That is when it got a bit more expensive but still manageable. However in the last year pricing was a bit high. This year the cost is way over what a retiree can afford. If you can afford it then stay with Lawn Savers. But if your income is such that you are pinched, then start searching. There are companies that use fiesta product and also give great service but for top protector service at basic Lawn Savers Prices. Keep searching for a service that fits your pocket book especially for people on a limited budget.

Yes, there have been increases in product costs and certainly increased labour costs for businesses in the recent couple of years in Ontario, however we have also worked hard to increase efficiencies to keep costs low.
In fact, we have only had 2 small price increases in the last 7 years which were much less than inflation. We need to be able to pay fair wages to ensure we hire great service people!

I had a design and a wish to create a galley kitchen bigger by taking down a wall and blocking out a door. Of course one thing led to another and I included a make over to the living room which is the other part of the 1st floor. Mike was fabulous. Hard worker and an excellent good general contractor. There is nothing that this man does not know how to do and is creative about making things work when a difficult situation occurs. CLEAN is his motto. Everyday the shop vac was run picking up the dust and debris at the end of each day. Mike is easy to work with and very honest. He has a great sense of humour as well as a very high work ethic. Choose Decorative Details, Mike, for your renovation! You not regret it!!

I was looking for new appliances for my kitchen Reno. After exhausting several stores with research and deciding which make I wanted and pricing, a friend recommended Unionville Appliances. Service was excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Their prices were 25% less than what I was quoted at other dealers. But because I was buying 4 items and big dollars there was that discount and then the manufacture's discount. No bad price for Kitchen Aid, Fridge, induction stove, range hood and bar fridge. Then called and got a really nice dishwasher Whirlpool for my sister. I asked for a certain model and the staffer found a better model at a lower price. Like I said Excellent service. If you are renovating your kitchen and building several appliances call and ask for Vince. You can't go wrong with this store. They also have repair staff for appliances. Worth a call.
