We availed the services of Pestend two times recently. Their technician Sajeel helped resolve the problem of squirrels in our attic. After inspection of roof, he advised regarding how to seal entry points of squirrels. The second time we called Pestend was when we saw a mouse in our kitchen. Their technician Jason inspected our premises thoroughly and advised regarding entry of mice. He deployed bait stations and came to inspect the results after a month. For several months now we have seen no evidence of squirrels or mice. My experience with the technicians and communication with office staff was satisfactory.

Pratema was quick to respond to my query and arranged for a visit. We discussed the options available to me considering the needs of the site and my budget. The work included a chain link front and side yard fence and also a wooden portion to give privacy to the backyard. The team completed the work as scheduled. I found them efficient and professional. Overall the job was satisfactory.

Valentin helped us in resolving two issues. Firstly, we had a leaky main valve which he replaced. Secondly, the video camera inspection revealed that the drainage pipe was broken and this issue was also resolved successfully. Valentin and his team excavated the basement floor, took out the old pipes and installed new ones. Then after making sure it was functioning properly, re-cementing and clean-up was done. We were very impressed by his professional conduct and expertise. He had given us a very clear estimate about money required and the time to finish the job. He came as per the scheduled time and completed the work.

I called Pest-Zone Pest control because I saw a snake in my yard! They were quick to respond and their team of two arrived the same afternoon. They hunted out and captured the snake which was hiding in a crack behind the staircase. I liked the professional way they handled it. I am very satisfied and would call them again if the need arises for any pest control situation in future.
