I reached out to Andy with an extremely narrow deadline and he stepped up! Priced extremely well, timely, meticulous, and courteous. A rare find in today's trades! Out of town and the lock of my front door broke! Couldn't even open the door! Rado responded immediately and without understanding exactly what the problem was until his site visit, he offered numerous options that would resolve the issue, including going out to purchase a whole new lock set beforehand if need be. He assured me that he would do his best to repair the lockset before charging me for a replacement, which would have cost several hundred dollars. He came exactly when we were expecting him and fixed the existing lock, only charging me his flat rate for the service call and returned all the parts that he acquired on my behalf without any charge! This man is a KEY-PER!

We would not recommend this company! They delivered on time but not on customer service! We were influenced to move forward with them based on their repeated reassurances that they were very competitive on price and recipients of annual ‘Homestar’ awards! Shortly after signing, other quotes came in from leading fabricators that were half the price for the EXACT same design and Quartz materials. When they asked us for the written quote from the other fabricators to validate our claim, we provided them, only to be dismissed. All communication from them from that point on was terse. When the vanity arrived, the actual measurement of a cabinet did not match the detailed measurements shown on the drawings they provided us. Our contractor communicated with them, only to be dismissed once again, not taking any responsibility for their error, or willingness to rectify the cabinet. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

This company is so impressive. Considering you are relying on reviews when you do a detailed web search and you hope that the work of the contractor accurately reflects the reviews, I was so impressed with their responsiveness, their work, and their pricing.
