Rado responded immediately and without understanding exactly what the problem was until his site visit, he offered numerous options that would resolve the issue, including going out to purchase a whole new lock set beforehand if need be. He assured me that he would do his best to repair the lockset before charging me for a replacement, which would have cost several hundred dollars. He came exactly when we were expecting him and fixed the existing lock, only charging me his flat rate for the service call and returned all the parts that he acquired on my behalf without any charge! This man is a KEY-PER!
