This is a follow-up to a previous review from 7 years ago re improper ice shield and chimney flashing installation. Subsequently wind damage to the roof has revealed that there are multiple shingles where nails were not installed at all required locations. The result was that shingles were not only lifted by strong winds, but flipped right over. At the time of the original installation, Dave refused to acknowledge the problems that were identified at that time, and in the end refused to take or return any phone calls. Note that some of the positive reviews for Husky have identical language. Not a good sign. Don't touch these guys.

Installation of ice shield was not properly done i.e. not down to the edge of the roof, and I have experienced a leaking bay window and ceiling plaster damage as a result. After initial discussion, Dave now will not acknowledge or answer any follow-up email or phone contacts on my part to get the installation fixed. I am going to have to hire another contrator to fix the problem, and take Husky to small claims court. I suspect that favourable reviews on this site may have been written by Husky.
