Installation of ice shield was not properly done i.e. not down to the edge of the roof, and I have experienced a leaking bay window and ceiling plaster damage as a result. After initial discussion, Dave now will not acknowledge or answer any follow-up email or phone contacts on my part to get the installation fixed.
I am going to have to hire another contrator to fix the problem, and take Husky to small claims court.
I suspect that favourable reviews on this site may have been written by Husky.
