Bad vendor and store manager (doesn't know their products). They are unable to admit their errors. I won't go there again and I told all my coworkers and friends to not put a foot in there. Krikor "helped" me to get my new washing machine and my new dryer. April 25th * I asked for stacking appliances, so he showed me around, very kind, offered me a coffee and all * I asked the difference between front and top load. And he said only the quantity of water needed ... * I asked him if he would suggest me some brand and he told me Bosh ... the most expensive model * I needed to go with what I read online, and went with Electrolux since they got good reviews May 10th * Got my appliances (really good delivery guys) * I tried to stack them, but after looking at all the booklets and on the internet for a couple of hours to see how to do it, I saw that I was missing the stacking kit .... which Krikor didn't mention me * And also he didn't mention that this was a model which was spitting out the humidity in the washing machine drain and the hot air ... in my appartment! * And I'm stuck with a dryer in my kitchen May 13th * Called Krikor back beginning of the afternoon and left a message * Need to call him again just before the store closes since he didn't call me back * Told him about the stacking kit * He told me that I didn't tell him that I wanted to stack them, even though he showed me the top load models that can only be stacked... * Even if I would not have mentioned him that I wanted to stack them, a service professional would have asked the question * The only thing he could do was to sell me the kit with a rebate of 3$... May 15th * Krikor call me back forgetting that we already talked May 13th * I thought he changed his mind, but he was just lost * Still not recognizing his errors * He told me that if I was not happy to get my stacking kit with a 3$ rebate I could go to a competitor May 16th * I called client services * Nancy answered me * Really polite and professional * The only thing she could do was a rebate of 18$ ** But I had to give a deposit ** And I had to go pick it up! (Even if I already paid for the delivery of my appliances) * She told that her and the store manager didn't know that the models needed a stacking kit, but still I had to make her admit that it was an error from their part ... even with that, she didn't have a better offer for me. In conclusion, they say that they treat us like a member of their family ... I suppose they refer to Harry Potter living under the staircase in his uncle house. Words are not enough, you need to put actions behind them!
