Paul was responsive and interactive before the job, as we scoped out the projects together. We redid caulking in a bathtub and shower that had been done 2 years ago because it was already turning black. Paul said he guaranteed his work for 10 years so that clinched it for me. He went above and beyond the scope at no charge. His work was the finest quality and he had smart recommendations for colours. Highly recommended.

Robert showed up early, was quick and efficient, cleaned up and overall as professional as you could imagine. Im keeping his name to call back if we ever have any other plumbing issues.

John was quick to respond, stayed in touch as we rescheduled, and then quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our humidifier on the furnace. We wanted someone to handle our annual maintenance needs for all HVAC and our experience was positive so we look forward to working with John again.

It took a while to schedule the new garage door opener installation but once they were on site their service was quick, efficient and pleasant. They went well above and beyond when I accidentally broke one of the wires to the sensors about 5 minutes after they left. They came back, spliced the wire back together and saved my bacon! Mike came out and met with me to review my home theatre needs. My immediate project was to do something in my main floor family room where we only had the TV's built-in speakers. But he agreed that we should put in in the context of our long-term plans for the basement. He recommended a sound bar solution on on the main floor and wait until the kids are older to do up the basement with the full home theatre experience. Very practical and thoughtful.
