Very professional organization. Art's quotes were what was paid, and he was open to discussing options, since I wasn't 100% sure what needed painting, and what needed replacing. The crew that came out to do the work was quite pleasant & professional. The product they used wasn't cheap, but looks great & should last a lot longer than what you buy @ the big box stores. I typically do the painting myself, but am scared of heights, and so was happy to hand this reno over to a pro. I'm extremely happy with the work they did :-) Price is for 2nd floor siding & soffits on a split-level house.

Great experience. Max was very approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to get hold of. Very much a no pressure sale. The crew was fantastic & professional - it took then 2 days to complete everything, but they cleaned everything up great @ the end of day 1. When it was found that the sub-roof was rotten in a spot Max was quick to provide an extremely reasonable quote to repair so that the roofing would continue. Max was also quick to answer questions I had after the sale. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Extremely pleased with the service from Waheed @ Pesticon. Initially found a nest in the house 2 years ago during renovations - Waheed was very professional & quick to dispatch. He was also extremely good about answering questions about the chemicals involved, which I appreciated. Had another issue needing attention this year & did not hesitate to call him back.
