I called 4 companies to inquire about getting my drains inspected and cleared. I chose to move forward with Tornado Plumbing because I could tell they knew what they were talking about. I was extemely satisfied with their service. They were extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job, even going above and beyond what I requested. I would definitely recommend their service, in fact I already have. I will also absolutely use them again any time I am in need of their service. I had a second plumbing issue and since I had such good service dealing with Tornado Plumbing I called them again. Even though they were extremely busy, Sergiy arranged to come early before his other appointments started to help me out. It is great to know I have found a great plumbing service I can rely on when needed it.

Ben was extremely helpful from the first phone call. He was also very accommodating when making the appointment. He arrived and moved furniture to remove the carpet that he was taking to be cleaned. At the same time, he explained what he would do to treat the carpet and how it would be cleaned. He followed up to arrange the return of the carpet as promised. As promised, Toronto Rug Cleaning returned a carpet that was thoroughly cleaned and looked amazing! It was a pleasure to work with Ben and his son. They were extremely professional. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend their service. Thank you!
