Ben was extremely helpful from the first phone call. He was also very accommodating when making the appointment. He arrived and moved furniture to remove the carpet that he was taking to be cleaned. At the same time, he explained what he would do to treat the carpet and how it would be cleaned. He followed up to arrange the return of the carpet as promised. As promised, Toronto Rug Cleaning returned a carpet that was thoroughly cleaned and looked amazing! It was a pleasure to work with Ben and his son. They were extremely professional.
