I received three quotes to replace 4 large windows with single casement windows. Magic Windows was the highest. The reason I went with them was the hid a screen, steel insides & 40 year warranty. The install went well, they spent more time than they estimated due to the age of the house. 2 Windows were over 100 years old. They did a great job and the finishing work was amazing. Very professional. As for the windows, it was better than I expected. 1 window just has the bud screen. 2 windows has the bug and sun shade. 1 window had all three-bug/shade/black out. Looking back I would have done all three shades for all four windows. Highly recommend them. (ps: So sorry to the person who had an afternoon appointment. My house should have been only ½ a days work. It was my fault, not Magic Windows. They stayed and finished the work until 6pm in the rain).

Got my Phantom screen stalled today. Well worth the price. Ken who did the install in down town Toronto was great. Poor guy had to come back a few days later as he had a much better way to install it in my 100 year old home. My cousin installed one 10 years ago and has 4 kids. I thought if it can last that long with 4 kids then this is the screen for me. Thank you Phantom Screens & Ken. It looks great and it will save me money in the long run. Well worth it. Note: I was considering the $200 do it your self screen at Canadian Tire but after taxes and my bad luck with installing this stuff, I know it would not last.
