Merv did a great job! This is my second time using Factory Direct Appliance. I contacted him Wednesday night as I noticed my washer leaking. He responded within half an hour and came over the next day. He checked my stacked washer which was not easy to get at, and advised me that given the age of the washer (14 years) and the cost to fix, it would be better to get a new one. I have a very small space so he advised me what to do and what brand of washer would be good. Thanks again Merv!

Dave did a great job doing maintenance on our furnace! He was thorough, prompt and professional.

I contacted Merv at 9:30 pm and he was here at 9:00 am the next day with all of the parts to fix my horribly squealing dryer. My dryer is stacked and in an awkward location and he was able to work around it. I highly recommend him- very professional. If I need another repair I will definitely contact him again. Dave called me back within 5 minutes and we were able to schedule the next day. The crew came early, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. They were very honest about what needed to be done and what didn't, and it was really nice to have the before and after shots. I will definitely have them come back next time I need the ducts and dryer vent cleaned.

John Park was very punctual, and did a very thorough job on our annual maintenance, explaining everything that needed to be done. This was my first time using Mersey, and I was very impressed. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Let me just start by saying that the customer service was excellent, as was the work done! I was looking for a garage door opener replacement and after receiving great advice and a quote from Chris, Ryan came to do the job. He realized right away that he wouldn't be able to do the job, because there was no plug, the opener was hardwired into the ceiling. Electrician wouldn't put in plug because he wouldn't take the garage opener down. Longer story short, Ryan came not once, not twice, but three times to finish the job and was always accommodating, prompt and professional. He didn't charge me for the trips which I'm sure most companies would. Thank you Ryan, for making a somewhat problematic start to a job so much less stressful! I would definitely say if you're looking to get a new garage door opener, call Ryan. I have a neighbor who I know is thinking about getting a new opener, and I will be giving him Scarboro Garage Door's number. If only all companies went the extra mile like Scarboro Garage Doors I would do a lot more upgrades!

I have been using Cozy Comfort Plus for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with their service right from day one.
