Joe showed up quickly, did measurements and sent professionally done quote, on a company letterhead, same day! Igor came next and put tape on floor to outline walls etc. His advises and humor are precious. Covid lockdown was respected and we had to delay the start a bit for that. Once started - it was progressing very fast, first day we had 6-8 people working on framing, and everybody knew their part of the job. Yura was leading most of the activities (except plumbing/electrical), efficiency was a common theme all along the project. Sometimes during the project we visited show room where Natalie walked us through a large selection of vanities, showers, laminate, colors, etc. Her help is a great factor to get things selected properly. Basically we did not have to do anything other than opening doors for team when they arrived, and provide payments of course :) Delivery of required materials were handled by the office and never delayed or not enough, I guess partly due to fact they have big warehouse where they stock required materials. Finished in about 2.5weeks, within 1k of the original quote (some ductwork and plumbing mods were extra). Overall very happy. I guess one can find cheaper option, or better fine details, but I bet it will be hard to match price/quality/speed/people combination. Highly recommend!
