WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My boiler was leaking so I called Direct Energy to have it repaired. When I called, I was convinced to purchase a maintenance and repair contract. After 3 separate technicians came, the issue was (and is) still not resolved. The last technician who came told us to call a plumber. On 3 separate occasions I was told that a manager would call me and it's been a month and no one has called. Every time I call, I get transferred at least twice before I end up in the correct department (today when I called I was transferred 3 times and then told to call a different phone number and when I called that number I was transferred twice). I have just been promised for a 4th time that a manager would call me back. So far I am out of pocket approximately $250 and my boiler is still leaking. I would definitely not recommend using this company - all you are is a number.
