Alex arrived within an hour and a half of my call, went out of his way to help me get the vent that I wanted and installed it quickly, checked that it was working and levelled my dryer as well. He was very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
I contacted ARS because of comments on Homestars. Jonathan, the tech arrived when expected and diagnosed the problem quickly.Unfortunately I had to wait over the week end for the part to be delivered but Jonathan came back and installed the thermostat quickly. This company really seems to be customer oriented and I will call them again when the need arises for other appliances

Create a new landscape for my backyard
I found Keith Evans a direct, honest and creative person. He listened to what I wanted and incorporated my ideas as well as his own into his design. He was able to solve our drainage issue in a creative manner. The work was started on time and ended when promised. His men were friendly, helpful and competent, leaving the work site clean and the backyard protected each night. It was a positive experience for us and we ended up with a beautiful outdoor living space.
