Our 13 y old hot water tank broke, and after much investigation, I was exploring other options. Darren from heat pumps.ca was absolutely fabulous, and educated me on the various units and options available. It was such a smooth experience, spent over an hour with me without any commitment on my part. Prices were competitive, and service spectacular. Drew was the installer, and not only extremely skilled, but personable and professional. Cant say enough!

I have used Laird & Son for my furnace and duct maintenance for years and have always been happy with their work. I noticed a leak around the inflow and outflow pipes for the radiant floor motor the other day; Shut off the water supply - so no emergency. I called Laird & Son to see if it was something they can fix; they were unsure but sent a technician out to have a quick look. Michael arrived, very professional, looked at the system and took some pics. Unfortunately, it was something that he felt would be most appropriate for a plumber to fix, based on the complexity. However, Michael shared the pictures taken with Noah from the service department and circulated them to various tradesmen to help solve our problem. There was no charge for the service and great care.

Exceptional professionalism from start to finish; couldn't be more pleased. Pruned an overgrown walnut that makes our backyard like a bombing ground this time of year with the falling debris. Used this company 2 years ago as well - forgot to write a review but so pleased I just picked up the phone and called them this time without having to quote compare. Nice to have someone you can trust for this kind of work!

Thanks very much Christine. It was a real challenge to get the one large branch at the tip, but with some complex rigging the crew managed to get it to the ground without indigent. I hope you get lots of enjoyment out of your backyard now that you aren't getting hit with walnuts! James
