1) I scheduled pick up for microwave from Markham store on Friday but received an email Thursday night (5 minutes before closing) stating I needed to pick it up in etobicoke. I tried to contact Joseph about this mixup via phone and email with no response
2) After waiting on hold on for customer service for 15-20 minutes on Friday, I was told my microwave is at the Markham store
3) As I was unable change back my plans at the last minute to pick up on Friday, I referenced the email I was sent on Friday at 330pm where it confirmed my pick up location is markham and states that pick up hours include Saturday 10-5. When I arrived at the store on saturday morning, I was told by multiple staff that no pick ups on weekends. They proceeded to show me your website but I argued to show that the email I was sent on Friday regarding my pickup includes pick up hours on Saturday. After much arguing, I was permitted to walk into the adjacent room to pick my microwave out of 10 other items in the room and walk out of the store.
Bad customer service overall. Conflicting information regarding pick up locations and hours. Would definitely not use again.
