Phong and Van really came to the rescue and did a wonderful job tuckpointing my Victorian townhome. I had hired another contractor to do the project and due to unprofessionalism they really damaged the façade and a large number of bricks. Phong and Van really came to the rescue, getting right to work, arriving early in the morning and working late without commotion or noise. The matched the bricks that were damaged; took the time to make a number of colour samples for the grout; and applied a traditional heritage finish to make the house look perfect. They worked longer than expected because they really wanted a good outcome and even came back following the job to finish additional details that had been missed or weren't caught during the project. Overall the house looks amazing, having been restored to its original 1889 beauty, and I have Van and Phong to thank.

Recommended by another company on Home Stars, Kaayla was professional and competent through and through- excellent communication with reminders and confirmations of appointments, arriving on time, and working long hours to do her very best - and beyond - to resolve the issue issue in question. She worked long hours, did the very best she could, was professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to leave me with premixed cleaners and instructions on ongoing care for a number of items throughout the house. I was very impressed and I promise you will be too.

Super satisfied with my move with Trace / Exclusive Movers yesterday. I've moved with other movers and these guys far surpassed expectations. You heard it here- from initial call to job finished in less than an hour! Here's what happened- I heard some scratching in my home and realized I had a racoon in the chimney. I called Liddle Rascals on the basis of the reviews here on the site, and Scott answered. To my surprise, hold me he was already near the house, and headed straight to my place. In less than an hour, photos of the critter were sent, and with my approval the trap door was set! Scott promised to come back to check that the racoon had safely made his way out of the chimney. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend Liddle Rascals to others!
