This is the second time I have called Jeff for his services and I have to say I'm impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It had been 3 years since he last serviced my fireplace and I required maintenance & cleaning especially after an extensive renovation with dust...etc. Jeff did a thorough cleaning & inspection, replaced embers and tested for carbon monoxide leaks. Good to go for next season! Should mention that I had the original blower fan replaced 3 years ago, no issues so far. Jeff does not install cheap Chinese blower fans...he uses ones I think that are made in Slovenia, better quality.

Had noticed scratching sounds coming from one area of bedroom ceiling for a few weeks in late January of this year. Looked at a few companies on Homestars and decided to go with Gotcha Wildlife based on good reviews. Spoke to Ken who is very pleasant and knowledgeable and we scheduled a day where Richard would come to my house. Richard was on time and very professional in all aspects of work conducted. Determined entry point through one of the the roof vents. He Installed a one-way trap where squirrels can get out put not in. When I didn't here anymore scratching from ceiling (approx. 3 weeks) I called Richard and he removed trap, replaced one of my oversized roof vents which I wanted replaced and installed 6 custom roof vent covers to prevent this from happening again.
