CRS was recommended by my insurance adjuster after a fairly major fire in my basement. They gutted and rebuilt the basement and painted the whole house. They also did/coordinated some tile work and a countertop replacement in the kitchen and window replacement on my behalf- this was not part of the insurance claim. This is a family company that is highly ethical, hardworking and kind. I was extremely happy with the work they did and the way they handled interactions with me. They are honest and don't attempt to rip off the insurance company or the homeowner. They were efficient and did high quality work. They work with good vendors for external services like plumbing, stonework and windows. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and Rosa have been cleaning my boyfriend's apartment, where I have been living for the past few months. They do an outstanding job- the most thorough house clean I have ever seen. They passed all my tests with flying colours!

My A/C broke down during record hot weather. Lou answered the call right away and was at my house within 3 hours. He not only fixed the A/C, but checked to make sure the heating was ok, and (hopefully) resolved some of the ongoing winter issues I've been having as well. He was very pleasant and professional, and showed me how everything worked so that I can try to resolve future issues on my own before I have to call. Fantastic experience!
