I am a contractor specializing in the structural part of major renovations and have used Open Concept Engineering & Construction on several projects. We have found his solutions to different scenarios quite inventive and logistically friendly. What a "concept" to have an engineer with hands-on experience to suggest procedures that are feasible thereby, saving us and homeowners, time and money!
