We complete the renovation of our exterior front door entrance way and driveway. We saw Elite's work in the area and loved what we saw, it was unique and modern that matched the look we were going for our home. I also wanted to avoid using interlock given they shift over time and we wanted to avoid dealing with the maintenance and the darn weeds that grow in the cracks! Elite was fantastic to work with, they were flexible to changes in our design, they were professional, and managed the project very efficiently. They communicated to both my wife and I on a regular basis and there were no surprises. Best of all, the work is amazing and our house now looks amazing. We love the final product and it was well worth the investment.

Ivic Construction was selected after received quotes from 4 different general contractors and one firm that provides Project Management services. Our house renovation was extensive, with a number of complex structural changes to create large windows and sliding door at the back of the house. Walls were removed, fireplace was relocated, beams that weighed several tons were installed and posts were moved in the basement. We also had challenging carpentry with dry wall return frames for the windows. Dragan and his crew did an amazing job at managing this complex project, with lots of changes over a 9 month period. Even under stress, Dragan always remained calm and approached each problem with professionalism and coming to the table with potential solutions. His crew demonstrated they cared about the project, always leaving the home clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Ivic Construction to anyone starting a large home renovation project.

I have worked with many sub-contractors over the years and you are always nervous getting into a significant arrangement with someone you don't know. We decided to select Waterproof Masters for our basement issue and wanted to be sure the issue would go away forever. John and his team did a great job for us - they showed up on time, competed the job in less than a week, and met all the promises they made during the sales pitch. I was quite impressed at their professionalism, honesty and doing the right thing for their customer. These guys are to Waterproofing as Mercedes is to cars!
