I dealt with both Steven and Ivan. Both were very professional and extremely accommodating. Steven went out of his way to book the job for a specific day and time because our timing was limited. Ivan dealt with the stains which were a real concern and even cleaned behind the bed where I couldn't move it myself. He was incredible.

Our tenant called in a panic to say she had found what she thought was black mold in the bedroom. We called the Mold Guy and explained the situation and that it was urgent. Brittany worked and managed to get us an appointment that same afternoon. Not only that but the results are in just 2 days later. NO MOLD!! We are thrilled and the tenant is ecstatic!!! We are thrilled with the service we received in every way.
