I just had my basement waterproofing completed by RCC. I had Den and Canroys crew, and they were excellent from the initial consultation right up until implementation wrap up. Given the Mississauga flood from August 17, 2024 with water into my finished basement, I couldn't chance this ever happening again. I knew RCC was the best in the business, so I went with them. Den came out to consult and advise on what could be done. I went with a full wrap around the two sides of my townhome that back onto grass or flower beds. Den also advised a sump pump, so I got that installed too. I'm now confident that I'm protected from freakish heavy rains. The before and after pictures show the condition of my foundation concrete (with many cracks before) and how they looked patched up. Of course, RCC does more than patch the foundation. I'm grateful I can finally sleep easy.

John has always been excellent with communication leading up to my scheduled day, keeping me in the loop on where I am in the queue. He arrived on time and had all the tools needed (as I sent him a task list in advance). John did excellent quality work, and at a good pace. I would never rush a handyman, but seeing someone do a quality job in a reasonable time instills confidence in their abilities. I feel completely at ease giving John a task. He asks the right clarifying questions, advice, and can then work independently for much of the time (useful if you're working from home that day, like me). I originally found John as a highly rated handyman on the BBB, and he lives up to his reputation. He's also friendly. No attitude or chip on his shoulder. I have already added myself on the wait list for follow-up appointments for additional work (interior painting, deck prep/staining). Highly recommended.
