I have dealt with several companies over the years for various items including interlocking. Paul was very humble and honest. He does not try to encourage over spending and his team works hard to satisfy. I signed before he gave me all the info because of his demeanor. The job they did was outstanding. They just finished and Gary, who did a great job on the wall will be coming back to do the front of the house with brick because I loved his work. Plants will be done in the spring due to timing. This was also a rental property so I wasn't there to supervise and fortunately I didn't need to. This included garden the back as well. They stand by the work and I only wish I had other jobs for them I was so pleased.

I checked various organizations. They were the best priced. Sherwin was outstanding from beginning to end. My tenants had a pregnant raccoon give birth inside the wall. Sherwin, explained everything step by step. He even went on the roof and video taped where they tried to get in. He also requested they mark the area where they could hear the babies ( he even had a recording of how they sounded). When I called they told me to advise them not to knock because the mother will push them further in trying to hide them. Friday night the mother left and returned unable to get through the one way trap. The mother was scratching at the windows looking for her babies the next day,my tenant was afraid. Sherwin dropped everything and returned back to the house to remove the babies, they were in the exact spot that he cut. He was a former Forest Ranger and had it down to a science. He put mesh over the wall and on the outside. We are having him return to put cages around air vents on roof. My neighbors had to put a tight fence between the house because he had a problem for years that cost them $2500. Raccoons are a huge issue in that neighborhood. I couldn't be happier with the humane way he dealt with it and the speed.

I have used Lloyd for several years on different houses and have recommended him to colleagues. His price is a lot cheaper and the work is done very well. One house needed the struts in the attic replaced because they had rotted so badly. He also does flat roofs and decks. My neighbours couldn't afford the roofers and they had three layers of shingles. He did it for $3400. He is really sweet, not computer savy or into cell phones. Takes time for him to call back.

I have a few rental properties and I have used Valentin on three occasions without ever meeting him. The initial one was to increase the water pressure in the house and attach to the main valve. The distance was quite a way. He also fixed a rotting pipe and emailed me the pictures before he started. Tenants were very happy, and he is a very humble man who is honest. Which is greatly appreciated when you cannot be present. I will be using him all the time.

Trevor and his crew were amazing. They were very good about following through with timelines and when they said they would be there they were there. This was very important because I hired different people to do different jobs so each one relied on the other one. They were very honest and hard working. My carpenter did the framing and M & L did the insulating/drywalling and taping. Trevor put up a piece of the diamond sheet in one of the rooms because we were running out of time. It doesn't need to be sanded amazing for painting. This house was a rental property so if you are not on a budget I would highly recommend this type of sheet work instead of the drywall/taping in high end houses amazing stuff however, pricey. Highly recommend for quality and efficiency.
