We had an Ice Dam that leaked into our Mater Bedroom. Ian found the problem right away and remidiated the issues including repairs to the subfloor and drywall. He did an awesome job and was extremely friendly to work with. He was so good in fact I had him come to my office to install some slat wall. Again, he was a real pro.
