I chose Yevhen based on his excellent Homestars reviews, and he did not disappoint. He arrived same day, quickly diagnosed and explained issues, and gave me time to decide on repair/replacement options, which he presented to me without any pressure whatsoever. We went with the repair, which he completed on the spot as he had spare parts with him. I am happy to report the fridge is now functioning normally again so we can put off replacing it for awhile yet. (Note this job was paid for by the delivery company at fault for the damage) Sundar and colleague arrived on time to repair a wooden support strut on the underside of a new sofa that had snapped during delivery. The gentlemen were both courteous and professional and did a great job with the repair. They showed me precisely how they fixed it and ensured that the sofa feels pristine once again.
