He arrived same day, quickly diagnosed and explained issues, and gave me time to decide on repair/replacement options, which he presented to me without any pressure whatsoever. We went with the repair, which he completed on the spot as he had spare parts with him. I am happy to report the fridge is now functioning normally again so we can put off replacing it for awhile yet.
