Tried to book appointment to have them come fix my Samsung Dryer. They refused to book an appointment without me first offering them my credit card. They will not give you an appointment time until one day prior. Very poor time management expectations and very little respect for customers time. Expect me to take a whole day off from work and sit around waiting for their technician to arrive. I have complained to Samsung to remove them from their authorized repair companies list.

To address your concerns, for out of warranty units we require a credit card on file to place a $1 hold that is reverted after 3 days whether you cancel or continue with service. Another option available to all is our online booking platform which would allow you to pre pay for your service request.
