We were renovating our 50 year old house and decided to change all the doors to update the look. It took us a while to get a sales person to help us but when someone finally did. We managed to get all our doors for a reasonable cost. Also because our house is older, the standard doors needed to be resized and they said they would do this at no charge as long as we brought in the old doors so they could resize it correctly. Overall we were happy with the service.

We were renovating our bathroom and our contractor told us to go to Universal Supply to pick out our shower stall and door, plus the plumbing fixtures. The service was good but you had to wait a long time for someone to serve you as they are always busy. The problem I have is after the shower door was installed, and after a couple of uses one of the handles broke. When I called Universal Supply they told me I had to deal with the manufactuer as this was not their problem. Needless to say, I was not happy about that.

We are renovating the basement bathroom and needed a bathtub, sink, toilet and tiles. Was able to find decent prices at Home Depot after checking lots of stores. We like Home Depot because of the return policy. If's it's not right, you can bring it back for full refund. When you are doing any type of renos, this is what you look for most as we had to go back several times to get the right parts.

We were renovating our kitchen and needed new appliances. We had shopped everywhere Sears, Coast Appliances, Costco and finally ended up at Trail Appliances. They gave me excellent advice and was extremey helpful in making sure I got what I needed. Because I was buying a fridge, oven, stove top, range, dish washer and garburator, they gave me extra discounts. Overall, I was happy with my purchases and would recommend them to family and friends.
