Looking for taps, sink, toilet and shower inclosure staff were not very helpfull. Needed to search through everything looking for parts to finish the job. One tap needed to be returned as it leaked at bearing, they were very hesitant to take back. Offered a discount on the new tap because of all our problems.

Purchase of new house in Langley. has lots of hooks for hanging baskets at the front of house and on the fence. Needed recommendat as to the type of baskets to purchase. It took awhile to find someone to help. everyone was busy. ended up purchasing 4 baskets for the front of house.

Hire a few more people in the spring forthe spring / summer when it is more buzy

figure out what type of baskets you are looking for before you go shopping.

Purchased new house and looking for new plants and identifing plants already there. Staff was very helpfull and was able to recommend items that would work in my garden. The staff recommended how to care for the plants purcased and advised on other things I could do to improve my garden.

They were great, very knowlegable

Take in samples of plants to make it easier for the staff to identify them
