Ashkan responded quickly and came to our house to lights and sockets. His approach was professional and very effective. He is very knowledgeable of his work and quoted the work. He fix our lights with fan in bedroom. Previously we have called another electrician to fix it which was unsuccessful. He work is neat and clean. He also recommended which light bubbles to use and gave valuable recommendations. I would definitely hire him again for any electrical work and would advise him to our friends and family!

I had one of those weekends when you find water leak underneath your hot water tank and of course it was Friday evening. So I checked a few reviews in different sources and called some companies. many of them were - "please leave us youyr name and number and we will call you back asap". We were referred to Accurate Home Inspections by our realtor when we made an offer to buy our first home in Calgary. The inspector was very clear about the cost and time when I called first time. The day of inspection she came even early and when we arrived I saw the inspector taking photos out side of the house and she mentioned that she had a chance to talk to the owner of the house and found out some details. It was very professional and beneficial approach I would say. When the inspector started the inspection inside the house we were offered by the inspector if we want to follow and witness all the inspection process. It was very good and informative. The inspector explained all the details and found a few things. Cracked window in the bathroom which I would never ever see or notice. The inspector explained me all the major shut off valves in the basement and even how to clean the humidifier. At the end my wife asked the inspector to check appliances in the kitchen which the inspector did with the great pleasure and showed us how to operate oven and gas stove. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues. You can rely to this company and the level of service is exceptionally good.
