We were referred to Accurate Home Inspections by our realtor when we made an offer to buy our first home in Calgary. The inspector was very clear about the cost and time when I called first time. The day of inspection she came even early and when we arrived I saw the inspector taking photos out side of the house and she mentioned that she had a chance to talk to the owner of the house and found out some details. It was very professional and beneficial approach I would say. When the inspector started the inspection inside the house we were offered by the inspector if we want to follow and witness all the inspection process. It was very good and informative. The inspector explained all the details and found a few things. Cracked window in the bathroom which I would never ever see or notice. The inspector explained me all the major shut off valves in the basement and even how to clean the humidifier. At the end my wife asked the inspector to check appliances in the kitchen which the inspector did with the great pleasure and showed us how to operate oven and gas stove.
I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues. You can rely to this company and the level of service is exceptionally good.
