If I could give a negative rating I would. We were looking to replace all our windows and doors on our new home. Went with Brock although they were more expensive than competitors. Big mistake. After 20 weeks, now told twice that the top of the line door we ordered is wrong size. Offered small discount on the door, but no date as to when it will be installed. In addition we were short shipped 2 windows but told that they will only be installed when the door gets installed. Have tried getting someone senior to call, but just get the run around. First told that person was in Italy then Ireland - guess luxury trips more important than their customers. Sales Rep Phil guaranteed we would have our doors by November and now asking us to be patient-- all I can say is fool me once, shame on you -- fool me twice, shame on me
