We decided to add a front enclosure to the front of our house and got quotes from a few companies. Alex at Lumina was prompt and courteous. He explained our options and answered our questions. His pricing was also competitive (not the cheapest). We were able to come to a quick decision based on the information he gave us. The installation was done within the agreed time frame and Alex was there during the installation process. The installation was done professionally and we have no complaints. The enclosure looks great and definitely enhances the curve appeal of our house. Well worth the cost. Would happily recommend Alex and Lumina Windows and Doors.

Needed to completely change all our curtains in our new home. Christina was patient and had excellent suggestions for our forever home. We needed to delay installation due to issues with our new window installations by another company. Christina and team were very accommodating. Installation was professional, on time and very neat.

The existing garage doors on our recently purchased house were in poor condition. Had 3 different companies come in to provide quotes. Dodds sales rep Laurie was very professional and provided great recommendations. Doors were delivered and installed on time. The installation team was efficient and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with our purchase.

If I could give a negative rating I would. We were looking to replace all our windows and doors on our new home. Went with Brock although they were more expensive than competitors. Big mistake. After 20 weeks, now told twice that the top of the line door we ordered is wrong size. Offered small discount on the door, but no date as to when it will be installed. In addition we were short shipped 2 windows but told that they will only be installed when the door gets installed. Have tried getting someone senior to call, but just get the run around. First told that person was in Italy then Ireland - guess luxury trips more important than their customers. Sales Rep Phil guaranteed we would have our doors by November and now asking us to be patient-- all I can say is fool me once, shame on you -- fool me twice, shame on me
