Night & Day Window Decor

Our intension was simple, purchase the remaining two window coverings for our project. The outcome was nothing short of a hook line and sinker.

After detailing that we were back to purchase the blinds not purchased in our first run the store graciously looked up our information and confirmed the measurements of the windows (both being the same).

We discussed the options and indicated that it was not a high profile area so we did not want to go as high end as we did on the main floor and we were guaranteed to be getting the best deal possible.

The calculations were don and we were told a number out loud to which was multiplied by two (to me that would indicate both blinds we were looking for). We confirmed right away and placed the order, all while thinking they really must want our business because this is a great price.

Once we received the order we came to find out that it was only made for half of what we needed and discussed. With absolutely no remorse from the store for this we were told they would be happy to place another order for the other blind, hook line and sinker.

Having looked up our information from past record why would we knowingly order just one blind when everyone knew we needed two... For this the only response has been that they would be happy to order another at the same price, there by putting us over the other quote we received and nearly doubling our budget. This sucks!
