All Pro Appliance Service

I would like to thank Paul for getting the part for my fridge in 3 days. The same part that I had on order for 8 weeks with another appliance repair company that never did arrive. Paul delivered when he said he would and Viburt installed the entire Damper Assembly along with a brand new Board. I don't know how big a company Air Pro is but I do know that they are very efficient and courteous and Viburt who did the repair is one of the nicest persons that I have dealt with. Hat's off to Air Pro!

1. Company is decent, although they don't pickup their calls the customer service is friendly.
2. Technician came 3-4 hours earlier than scheduled, so we had to adjust our schedule last second
3. Technician showed up to my tenant's unit while my father was waiting downstairs and he wasn't picking up any calls.
4. He did the diagnosis without anyone seeing he did a diagnosis.
5. He was EXTREMELY rude when I spoke to him on the phone after and asked what was wrong with it and kept repeatedly saying "I'm not explaining it to you! These parts are broken! How are you going to pay me?" I regret paying him at all.

Company is okay but the technician needs to be fired ASAP.

I called this company as I saw the company vehicle driving ahead of me, I was in need of a dryer repair due to a broken belt. the serviceman sourced a good price for the belt, before coming to my home. He patiently endured the time consuming process of removing the defective belt and replacing it with a new belt, in a small space and in a machine that was not easy to work on.,

Our electric dryer went on the fritz so we called them and they came out to repair our dryer. They responded quickly and in no time we were drying clothes once again.
