Best Built In

I own a Beam Vacuum and the off/on switch on the power handle melted while stored in my broom closet (probably in contact with the bleach bottle). I called the store on Boundary Road in Vancouver and told them what happened. Terry at the Boundary location in Vancouver offered to replace the power handle (worth about $300 with the hose) for free, as a warranty service. I was so impressed and am a loyal Beam customer now for life!

I had Best Security take over an alarm system that was installed by the former owner. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining my options and costs. As another reviewer said I also had an older gentleman come over who did all the technical stuff for Best to take over the system. I also added monitored fire as we have dogs and I feel this provides added protection. He was very knowledgeable as he had many years of electronics experience. He came equipped with all the tools you could possibly imagine. The work was done in a couple of hours and after testing the system.The monitoring is very reasonable and I have called back a few times to get more information about adding some other services. They are always very helpful. A great company.

Great company, always there to make things right and keep the customer happy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, would use them and recommend them. They have sales, technical support and service people and I have dealt with them all.

This company installed the alarm system for my home. The technician was pleasant, an older gentleman. Seemed like he had over 20 years of experience, had a vest and belt equipped with every tool imaginable. I didn’t feel rushed, as he carefully explained every aspect of the security system to us.
As for the monitoring service, you can bargain with this company a little bit after a reasonable amount of continued patronage with them.

i would not recommend them to anybody. the work was subcontracted and so much information was lost along way. this affected the work carried out in our home. i found the sales person very difficult to communicate with and very condescending. he came to the site to try resolve the problems and could not identify the correct wiring. i am not going to use them to install the full security system. i never want to deal with them again.
